Who We Are

The owners of Onyx, Eric and Angel-Marie Reiner, are a husband-and-wife team with more than 20 years of property, project/development management and real estate expertise.

We've been on every side of the table - tenants and landlords of commercial and residential properties, investors, and builders of our own low mid-rise multi-residential projects. Eric oversaw the general contractor and all related finances during development. Angel managed the properties and was responsible for all accounting and marketing functions. That experience gives us a unique expertise that serves our clients and tenants well.

How Onyx Began

Onyx was born out of necessity. During a very successful investment-related real estate career, Eric decided to try property development, specifically low mid-rise multi-residential apartments. Once the project was ready for occupancy, finding a property management firm proved surprisingly difficult.

After failed attempts to work with various firms, we decided to manage our properties ourselves. That labour of love became a full-service, client-focused and technology-driven property management firm serving multi-residential, commercial, industrial and medical facilities across southwestern Ontario.

Today Onyx brings it all together under one roof: property management and condominium management.
